"A Solo Temple Fair" 2.0 Version

I once accidentally came across the premiere version recording on YouTube and realized that I had missed a very cool performance. Afterwards, I would occasionally revisit it and always held a glimmer of anticipation as if I were experiencing the performance again.
Hope is something that we should have, and isn't it realized now? XD

Although this version 1 may not be as exhilarating, it could be even more intense. However, I still think it is a five-star-worthy work.
It truly lives up to its name, with simulated elements of a temple fair seen everywhere, even evoking admiration for its imaginative associations. As described in its promotional materials, it's like a transformation of dreams into reality, absurd and bizarre yet with its own logic. For example, the clapper can transform into a fan, which is truly unimaginable.
Such "playfulness" is quite appropriate in front of the Prince 2.

I have always enjoyed listening to rhythms and percussion without melodies. Melodies are like languages, if they can't be understood, it's difficult to communicate. But rhythms are like body language, anyone can communicate through them. It's not easy to come across a melody that one likes, but rhythms can always easily move us.
I particularly enjoy the "broken and worn-out" style of percussion, love listening to gongs and drums, and have a preference for Beiguan music, which this work happens to have.

The performance that is close to being immersed is also quite moving, like the intentional wiping of sweat and drinking water, reflecting the passionate and sincere hearts of the temple fair scene.

It is indeed a performance offered to the gods, dedicated to the heavens, and forming a part of our culture.
I am fortunate to have this opportunity to witness it and look forward to future "processions" and the accumulation of new beginnings.
