Ding Yu, this little boy reminds me of Kei-san.

To me, this little boy is not the type to be stunning at first sight, but he is not ugly either. He has a charm in his eyebrows and eyes, and his profile is even better. As you watch him, you can feel his charm gradually seeping out.
When he acts, he is sincere and dedicated, which makes it feel genuine and touching.
Just like his straightforwardness.
He is a Cancer with the mission tarot card of the Lovers. It is natural for me to pay attention to him.
Although I cannot develop romantic feelings for someone younger, it does not hinder my care and fondness for children.

Kei-san's left profile is outstanding, and Kei-san's interpretation brings the unique Haruta to life in front of people.
The beauty that the little boy presents is based on the text, but it is also brought to life through his interpretation.
The play protects the person, and the person protects the play. It is not just about the play, but I think it applies to the entire theater industry. Theater is a collaborative work, just like the metaphor that can be interpreted from "The Rumored Chen Qianqian," Zhuangzi's dream of a butterfly, which combines Zhuangzi and the butterfly. The script, direction, acting, and even the design of music, lighting, and costumes are like the flesh and bones that form the visible body of a person. As one of the creators, the actor is also difficult to separate from the character.

I noticed that when he interprets shyness or confusion, he makes a scratching motion with his ear, just like Kei-san.
The little boy once said that he wanted to play an ordinary person, and I think this reflects his deep understanding of theater. I really liked the first review I read about Kei-san, which praised his excellent portrayal of "ordinary" as a marvelous theatrical skill.
From what I have seen so far, the characters the little boy has portrayed are still a bit too colorful. Although he performs with agility, I also hope that he has the opportunity to challenge the role of a "background" character who hides his presence. That could be a great improvement.
Although his various roles are all well-interpreted, natural, and sincere, they also have subtle differences. But overall, I feel that perhaps the similarity in character types leads to overlapping performances. When I watch Haruta, Cai Tianmu, He Xinliang, and Dongfang Bubai, I can still see Han Shuo. I think it is because of his sincere immersion in each character that they all carry a bit of the pureness of "Ding Yu Xi." This sincerity is precious and should be cherished, but as he gains more experience, I think it will become more refined. For example, Kei-san played three different versions of "Haruta," which were almost the same character, but they were solidly distinct, each with their own personality.

Kei-san's current energy comes from accumulated years. The little boy is still young, and time will hone and polish him. Moreover, his current potential, or rather, the potential he has always had, should not be underestimated.
He played Dongfang Bubai when he was still so young, but he was able to portray such complex emotional states so well.
I said I really love the awkwardness of Haruta, and the character of Dongfang Bubai that he played completely touched my heart, even shaking my position. XD I really like this kind of character, and I think I will write another article specifically about it, so I will temporarily set it aside to avoid going off track. XD

His appearance actually creates a special kind of assistance.
I find his appearance quite interesting. When he is not smiling, he seems to exude a sense of stubbornness and arrogance. When he smiles, his small teeth make his whole face soft and cute, blending his overall temperament of warmth and coldness. It suits those characters of his that are wrapped in stubbornness and unease, which are exactly the personality traits I like.
In terms of appearance, I think the most handsome is the Korean film emperor. XD Then it would be Zhou Shiyun. I think this character is a relatively different attempt for him, and I think he did well in portraying it, creating a clear distinction. I look forward to him having more diverse opportunities and playing negative roles as well.

What truly resonates is always the soul. The people I like generally have the same color of soul.
He is a gentle child, and time has not yet covered him with a protective coat.
But he will eventually find love.
I want to wish him to become himself.
That is the best thing.
