I don't know where to start.
Or let's start with gratitude, just like my thoughts when I returned last year.
How grateful I am for the recording and release of the DVD, which allowed me to relive that time and space with more evidence. And through different perspectives and close-up shots, I saw more scenes that were not visible on the spot.
Although I have a strange sense of unreality, as if I have never experienced this live performance; in fact, this feeling was there on the spot last year, and for some reason, I have a feeling of unreality, as if I can't remember what I saw. It is rare to have such an accurate medium to replay my memories, but the footage did not evoke a clear sense of familiarity. Although it is because it is not my true memory, it is also because it seems that the original memory was lacking in those scenes. However, I believe that what the heart has received will never disappear. Some kind of touch, some kind of pain, truly and accurately emerged from the bottom of my heart.
Through the DVD, I became more aware that they were in the rain.
Although it didn't rain much that day, just occasional drops, but through the lens, I strongly felt that they were in the rain.
For a moment, I really wished that everyone would at least wear a hat, just like Okushisan...
Seeing the stage design of "Time and Space" reminded me of a small feeling at that time: the circular beam of light projected into the air reminded me of a prop from Doraemon, which could create a beam of light like this, allowing people to walk in the beam and go to the moon.
And the thin film-like stage design turned out to be this, although I have an impression but not sure; the footage on the DVD is actually difficult to convey the true feeling of being there, the thin film is a whole piece, covering the stage and beyond, making me feel as if everyone on and off the stage is enveloped in this film.
I really like the freedom of his body swinging, just like in "NIPPON". It's so beautiful.
He led everyone to clap, I remember that, when singing "NIPPON", he just raised his hand, not making any gestures, these small fragments were all impressive at that time, and now they still touch me the same way.
And the "one" gesture in "En wo Musunde". At that time, tears flowed from my eyes for no reason, and now, seeing it up close, my breathing becomes rapid as well.
Breathing becomes rapid, suddenly unable to catch my breath, the most intense moment was during "Help Me Help Me...". I'm not using adjectives, I'm not exaggerating at all.
The only stage lighting design I remember clearly at that time was the white light during "Help Me Help Me...".
Why did I think of such editing? It's simply too incredible. That scene almost made me think there was a flaw in the DVD, and I suddenly started gasping for air like being choked.
This is an indescribable emotion. Or rather, I don't have the ability to express it.
All I can say is that the combination of him and the white light will always strike my heart.
Another incredible editing is the capture of his choked-up moments.
From the side to the front, from the hand to the face.
I think that scene is beautiful. Very beautiful. It's not a passionate and turbulent feeling. It's a calm and beautiful feeling when seeing something solemn.
Unexpectedly, the session part turned out to be "TUKUFUNK". Or should I say, "became" "TUKUFUNK"? I don't know, I don't know when this song was completed and named.
Through the DVD, I strongly feel that this song was truly completed by everyone. I feel that this is really a session, highlighting each person's performance time individually, and based on each person's performance, it forms this song together.
I always feel unable to express this kind of emotion.
Working together, united in spirit, maybe that's the feeling. That kind of touch.
Also, I specifically noticed STEVE's brother's smile.
I love this feeling the most.
Like playing.
That kind of natural and genuine laughter that comes from the heart.
I like the space where he can have fun and laugh naturally with his friends, and his friends can do the same for him.
Unfortunately, the last part was not included, I think his talk is a very important part, and the scene of the curtain call as well.
